APOLLO MODA: RETURNS & EXCHANGES GUIDELINE
How to Initiate a Return:
Please email your request to support@apollomoda.com.

Body: Reason for the return
Our returns are free for ELIGIBLE orders within 30 days of purchase. Upon receiving your email, we'll swiftly review and respond to your request.
Points to Remember:
- Ensure the accuracy of your shipping address. For items mis-shipped due to an incorrect address, we cannot take responsibility or provide free return labels.
- Items should be returned to us in the condition they were received, with all tags still in place.
- APOLLO MODA LLC reserves the right to decline returns if items show signs of wear, have been washed, or bear any damage.
- If it's evident a customer is exploiting our small business, APOLLO MODA LLC reserves the right to withhold free return labels.
- Should a customer order multiple pairs of shoes and return most or all of them, a fee of $15 per pair will be applied to safeguard our small business.
- Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Items on sale are non-returnable, but we will be considerable.
- Customized items are also non-returnable, but we will be considerable.
Cancelations
Cancelations are accepted within 1 hour of ordering.
Exchanges:
All exchanges are FREE. Need a different size or color? We're here to help with exchanges.
Received Damaged or Incorrect Products?
Please contact us right away at support@apollomoda.com if your order arrives damaged or isn't what you expected. We'll facilitate the return and offer an exchange or refund according to your preference.
